Fee Rules

Payment of Fees:

1. Fee is to be paid on Quarterly basis as under:

I April-June 15 April
II July-September 15 July
III October-December 15 October
IV January-March 15 January

2. If 15th is a holiday / Sunday, the next working day will be the last day for fee submission.

3. Fee once paid is not refundable, unless specified otherwise. Online payment through thewebsite can also be made.

4. After the due date, a late fee of Rs.25 per day will be charged.

5. Transport fee is charged on quarterly basis.

6. 5% rebate shall be awarded for advance payment of the fees for the whole year. This rebate is not applicable on Transport fee.

Mode of Payment:

7. Fee can be paid by Cash/Cheque /Debit & Credit /Net banking and Online through portal. However, at the time of admission, fee is payable either by Debit / Credit Card or cash at the school office..

9. Cheque / should be in favour of BHARAT RAM GLOBAL SCHOOL. The Admission Number, Name, Class, Section of the student needs to be mentioned on the reverse side of the cheque, along with the parent’s phone number.

10. In case cheque is dishonored, bank charge of Rs. 250/- would be payable by the guardians / parents.

11. If the cheque is dishonored for the second time during the same session, the facility of paying by cheque would be withdrawn and payment henceforth will be accepted through Debit /Credit card/ cash.

Non-payment of Fees:

12. If payment is not received within 60 days of the due date, i.e till 15th of the 3rd month of the quarter, the name of the student will be stuck off the school rolls. In such a case, the student will be allowed to continue in the school only after payment of the due fee along with re- admission charges of Rs. 5000/-

Withdrawal / Discontinuation from School:

13. One month’s advance information should be provided to school in writing in case of withdrawal or transfer of the child. If no information is received, fee will be charged for the quarter.

14. Withdrawal form, available at the School office, needs to be duly filled and submitted at the school’s front desk.

15. Transfer Certificate/ School Leaving Certificate shall be provided after the approval of payments from accounts department, library, etc.

16. Withdrawal / Cancellation of New Admission:

a. In case parent of newly admitted student wishes to withdraw or cancel the admission, all other charges, except Admission Fee, will be refunded if the withdrawal / cancellation request is received in writing before the beginning of the session in which the admission is granted, and if one month’s prior notice is given.

b. In case withdrawal / cancellation request is received in the first month of the session in which the admission has been granted, and the student has not joined the school till then, composite fee paid in excess of one month’s fee will be refunded; admission fee will not be refunded.

c. Any withdrawal / cancellation of the admission request received after the first month of the session will be treated as normal withdrawal, and rules applicable for regular students will be applicable even if the newly-admitted student has not joined the classes.

d. Transport fee is optional will be charged if applicable.

17. NOTE:

a. The fee and other charges are liable to change and school reserves the right to revise them

b. All disputes, differences and all claims or demands arising between the school and the parent in relation or connection with the admission of Bharat Ram Global School and / or shall be decided by the sole arbitration of the nominee of the Chairperson of the Trust. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding between the parties.
