BRGS STAFF

'Tell me, and I will forget; show me, and I will remember; involve me, and I will recognise.' This is the promise upon which our mentor teachers base their work! BRGS educational philosophy views learning as an organic process in which teachers become co-learners and collaborators in the process of value creation and also learning. Our Teachers do not recite; they engage. Our teachers are more than educators; facilitators, motivators, and over-viewers. They design learning experiences that propel students into the driver's seat and then quietly exit. The school places a premium on developing and enhancing teacher skills. BRGS conducts in house training and capacity-building workshops for teachers to share best practices and learn from one another. Additionally, the school hosts teacher-training workshops with instructors to expand their knowledge base.

BRGS Indirapuram offers numerous opportunities for team development, including one-on-one and online workshops, webinars, and opportunities to network and share the best experiment practices with peers. Continuous growth and advancement are critical to maintaining the quality of our personnel and advancing the school's mission, both now and in the future.

A BRGS teacher is the driving force that ignites the desire to obtain, assimilate, and use expertise while promoting an inquiry-driven finding out culture. They provide opportunities for pupil expression, analysis, introspection, and learning in a harmonious and favorable environment.

PARENT CONNECT

For children there are no borders to their learning zone, nor is exploration and discovery constrained by school timings.

At Bharat Ram Global School, we believe that a child’s development continues seamlessly in the home environment where the role of parents is immeasurable in encouraging their child and providing support. Consequently, we see our relationship with parents as a healthy, interactive partnership. We foster this through various ‘bridges’ through which we connect with parents...

  • Organizing opportunities and activities for interaction with resource persons, tutors and school counsellors.
  • Workshops, open parent interactive sessions
  • One-on-one parent-teacher meetings
  • Welcoming constructive suggestions and ideas from all parents To best serve our students, we make it a point to keep lines of communication open between home and school. We understand how important it is for students to have open lines of communication with their parents, teachers, and other adults in their lives to help them reach their full potential.
(ERP)-

The ERP site is a one-stop shop for various statements, services, questions, functions, duties, and so on, all aimed at making working together easier. The portal serves as a link between educators and parents for all school-related chores and a simple option for administrative tasks like invoicing, transportation, and so on.

Parents can leave feedback, help requests, and praises via different channels in this customer support software program. The necessary staff members at school are alerted so that they can respond to their concerns as quickly as possible. There are a variety of settings for communication, including: - Class Updates. - Weekly.

EVENTS AT BRGS:-
  • "Positioning/workshop/career counseling/homework/physical & psychological Sessions"
  • Special events are marked and celebrated at BRGS , which serves as an opportunity for teamwork and a display of excellence.
  • Tasks for the academic/ activity calendar. Events like Annual Day and Athletics Day serve as showcases for students to demonstrate their abilities in both sports and extracurricular pursuits.
  • For these assignments, students get together and compete against one another for the greatest possible award; this builds character, fosters camaraderie, and generates an appetite for winning for communal satisfaction.
  • There are designated days for students and their families to get to know each other better in our pre-primary classes.
  • Parents and grandparents alike are encouraged to participate in class activities, such as story-telling sessions, class projects, and theater courses. In addition, BRGS utilizes parents' experiences in many places to help students have a better grasp of the world around them.
  • Parents often provide a hand with logistical tasks like setting up audio and lighting equipment or serving as extra pairs of hands-on field trips.
PARTNERSHIP WITH PARENT:-

We have also established parent forums like the BRGS Parent Ambassadors , Friends of BRGS teachers and alumni group, who work with the school and share positive stories about the BRGS legacy with the community.
